Key points from the match
- Tottenham secured three points against Coventry City.
- The victory ends a series of league defeats that had left the team at the bottom of the table.
- Playing at home provided the Spurs with the platform to turn the tide of their early‑season fortunes.
The result offers a morale boost for the squad and supporters alike, providing a platform to build on as the season progresses. While the win does not yet change Tottenham's overall standing dramatically, it does remove the club from the league's lowest rung, offering a more positive outlook for upcoming fixtures.
